Cancellation policy for the online shop

1. Right of withdrawal for consumers (private customers)

Consumers (private customers) generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

- Goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs (e.g. custom-made items such as logo printing or cotton plaster that is specially made to customer requirements).
- Goods that are sealed and whose seal has been removed after delivery**. This applies in particular to cleaning products where the seal of the bottle can no longer be guaranteed after opening.

In these cases, there is no right of withdrawal if the goods have been opened or used by the customer after delivery.

2. Right of withdrawal for commercial customers (B2B)

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to commercial customers (entrepreneurs according to Section 14 of the German Civil Code). Commercial customers therefore have no right to withdraw or return goods intended for commercial use.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal only exist in cases of defects or non-conformity of the delivered goods.

Note for commercial customers:
The goods must be checked for completeness and integrity immediately upon receipt. Any defects must be reported to us immediately after delivery.

3. Consequences of revocation for consumers

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

The goods must be returned in an unused and undamaged condition and, if possible, in the original packaging. If you have already opened or used the goods (e.g. cleaning products or custom-made products), they cannot be returned.

Explanation of the exception:

- Custom-made items: Products such as tailor-made cotton plasters or items with logo print are excluded from return according to legal requirements, as they were made specifically for the customer.

- Opening the seal: For products such as cleaning products or other sealed products, the right of withdrawal can no longer be granted once the seal has been opened, as the goods can no longer be returned for hygienic reasons.
