General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between ** Universal Beratungs- und Verwaltungsgesellschaft UG (haftungsbeschränkt) **, Königstr. 27, D-70173 Stuttgart (hereinafter "we" or "us") and the customer (hereinafter "customer") via the online shop.

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to submit an offer. By submitting the order, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is concluded when we accept the customer's offer by confirming the order or by delivering the goods.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices in the online shop include VAT and are subject to shipping costs . Payment must be made in advance immediately after placing the order. The order will be confirmed and the goods will only be delivered after successful receipt of payment.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery takes place approximately 2-4 working days after receipt of payment , unless otherwise agreed. Shipping costs are displayed during the order process and depend on the delivery location and the size of the order. We ship worldwide, but additional shipping costs or customs duties may apply for international deliveries. If shipping costs to your country are not available, send us your request by email and we will make you a quote.

6. Right of withdrawal

6.1 Right of withdrawal for consumers (private customers)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

- Goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs (e.g. custom-made items with a logo print or cotton plaster that is specially made to the customer's wishes).
- Goods that are sealed and whose seal has been removed after delivery. This applies in particular to cleaning products where the seal of the bottle can no longer be guaranteed after opening.

6.2 Right of withdrawal for commercial customers (B2B)

There is no legal right of cancellation for commercial customers. Returns are only possible if the goods are defective or do not conform to the contract.

7. Notice of Defects and Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. If the delivered goods have defects, the customer is obliged to inform us of this immediately after receiving the goods. If a complaint is necessary, the goods will be returned after consultation.

8. Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by improper handling of the products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order. We accept no liability for damage caused by the customer himself. ** In particular, we accept no liability for incorrect use of the products **.

9. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

10. Data Protection

The collection, processing and storage of customer data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy , which can be viewed on our website. The data is used exclusively to fulfill the contract and for communication with the customer.

11. Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. German law applies.

12. Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart if the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law.
